Andrew Curtis has focused his practice in diverse jury trial and arbitration experience; however, he strives to accommodate the demands and needs of the various issues arising from business clients in Texas and New Mexico. He has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial litigation cases, including contracts, real estate, banking, estate and fiduciary duty litigation, DTPA, business torts and covenants not to compete, aviation, personal injury, and oil and gas. He also has an active insurance defense practice.
